Chief of Staff Business Support

  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership team as strategic business support

  • Oversee critical initiatives or projects as deemed by your organization

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication and collaboration

  • Streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency across departments

  • Assist in the development and execution of short-term and/or long-term strategic plans

  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board meetings

OKR Program Management

  • Implement a comprehensive and tailored OKR framework

  • Conduct leadership meetings and OKR strategy sessions to establish OKRs for your organization

  • Implement selected OKR Software (if applicable) to scale with the organization

  • Collaborate with leadership team on internal management and rollout of OKR Program

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal personnel on OKR framework and OKR software

  • Deliver an OKR Playbook (if deemed necessary)

Customer Operational Support

  • Optimize and streamline customer processes, onboarding workflows, and customer success programs

  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against goals

  • Streamline and optimize the customer renewal process, ensuring efficiency and identifying friction points in the renewal cycle

  • Establish forecasting methodology and cadence for renewals, gross revenue retention, and net revenue retention
